Q: What is the ordering process
A:
- Check out the shopping cart and settle the payment
- Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail
- JK will receive the order and prepare the products and sent to the pick-up point or SF-express
- Self-pickup customer will receive an e-mail for in store pickup
- SF-express customer will receive the product soon
Q: What is the delivery lead time?
A: All stocked items will be shipped out by next day and the actual delivery lead time will be dependent on the logistic arranged by SF-express
Q: What if I received a damaged product
A: Please contact us during the office hour so that we can arrange a suitable solution for you
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We accept Credit Cards, Alipay HK, Wechat Pay and Paypal
Q: Can I cancel the order after payment
A: Our e-shop will automatically generate purchase orders for delivery purposes. If you have any problem with the order, please contact our staff for assistance. Administrative fee may also be deducted from the paid amount for customer requested order cancelling
Q: Can I pre-order out-of-stock product
A: You may contact our customer service hotline for out-of-stock products
